This is what I'm thinking. I do new fights on Paladin for Tank and White Mage for Healer as I find them way more forgiving, then branch out to the other Tanks and Healers. Paladin has the easiest invulnerable spell and White Mage has more spammable AoE heals and the full heal spell too. So...

Thanks. Yeah 5% less DPS for all the effort BLM is and WITH group utility is pretty reasonable. BLM is pretty decent on the move with triplecast and swiftcast giving potentially 7 instant casts on top of sharpcast and xenoglossy etc. Not raided with it though.
