The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live

Been watching it. Only a 6 episode season, so the character development is pretty tight. It's centrally focused on Rick. It's an improvement from what TWD later became in that sense. The synopsis is accurate above.

Star Wars general purpose movie stuff

It's created by Disney for it's SEC filing to demonstrate ROI. Avenger's series is the best way to do that. Marvel as a whole would probably fall below Star Wars so not worth mentioning.

The Onlyfans likely pushed it over the edge. I am guessing someone may have solicited him there. Solicitation would be a bad look since it's illegal. He became a risk.

The pay is so low you'd have to be a complete retard to work there. Anyone smart used it as a springboard and got the fuck out.

    Diablo 4 / IV / IIII / Fore / Cope / Seethe

While S1 plodded on and S2 was well-received, it's difficult to see any type of hook to bring people back for an expansion-- save for putting Diablo in a Diablo game. If the expac is Mephisto-only I can't see them getting another cash grab out of people off of just Meph alone.

    Fallout

Definitely depends on the award. Some awards have their own requirements. A guy in a room can't go up for Best Picture AFAIK. Of course big streaming companies like Amazon wouldn't change anything about their policies regardless if award shows did or didn't change requirements. Funny moment was...

    Fallout

Once award shows changed their eligibility requirements, that was pretty much the end of that. Studios have no say. No creative is going to make something that is eligible for no awards. No actor will act in a production that he knows will be ineligible for any award. People are just slow on...

Star Wars general purpose movie stuff

I doubt it because the level of announcement for the Rey movie was grand scale. Plus it's something that had been in the works for nearly a year. Something like that getting killed with that amount of investment spent into pre-hyping would be very unusual, especially since the Rey movie isn't...

    Dune: Part Two (2023)

Momoa admitted he was concerned about getting fired from the first movie during filming if he was compared to the other male leads. He knows his chops aren't up to par, but he can't do any better. He figured there was going to be a day Denis just said alright that's it we need to replace this...

    Boxing

So he's in for two Usyk fights in a row. The Joshua fight sounds good but don't think it'll get done. With Wilder it's all about money and selling the underdog story. I'd bank on Wilder 4 happening over Joshua, a fight that has had water thrown on it in the past.

The division has thinned out to where a big win over Usyk would send his stock soaring again. The Usyk fight should probably be his retirement fight-- but I know a lot of boxing community want Wilder and Fury to go a 4th time before Fury bows out. Wilder just said last week he wants a shot at...

Nearly all of Tysons exhibitions are light sparring rules. He can't get sanctioned for anything else. After all Mike Tyson's cash grabs over the years, I'll safely sit this one out. Especially after Jake Paul walked the dog in the Nate Diaz fight and refused to go hard in the interest of...

    Lovely, Dark, and Deep (2023)

Somehow already falling below an hour and half on runtime, yet felt like a 2 to 2.5 hour movie. You could feel the pacing problems in Act 2 as soon as you got there. Since it had nothing to do with length of the movie, you can assert some scenes probably just weren't very impactful and that's...

Easy shut off 2/3rd through. This is one where the reviews are modernized. First time I got caught out in a long time. Usually I can gauge a good watch by digging through reviews. This one completely got by me on the RT. Beware. Act 1 might rope you in, the shit sandwich comes later.
