Duo queing with my friend a lot lately. He hit g5 about a month ago with me in g3. He hit his new promo series one game before me, he was going for g4 and I was going for g2. I felt I played the minstrel effectively 1-50 in vanilla. I understood what every ability did and came up with what I thought was the best order to use them. It was not as easy as you're describing.

Thanks for linking that thread. Those 598's are sexy but there are drawbacks. Looks like the Sennheiser 360 would be a better choice for me. I cannot tolerate having not having a mic attached to the headset...mute and volume all on the headset. I guess I won't be calling myself an audiophile...

Couple things about MP is that it is set on Hard++ and most maps are unbeatable due to needing someone to step and a plate, guide you through blindness, etc. Each level is a pretty intense gear/level check. The difficulty and trickery your first playthroughs is really fun.

Cheat engine works well with some things....wand charges and stat points. I'm sure it works well for gold and essences too.

Really digging multiplayer. It's insanely hard in mp. I think it's forced on the hardest difficulty. Where are save files stored for the steam version? i checked appdata, but nothing is there.

I'd say lux's pros as support would be good escapes from ganks and the huge shield if max'd early. I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't play zyra/lulu over lux in the support role.
