We got 3-4 episodes into S5 and gave up a few months back. Couldn’t take it anymore. Beth is too over the top ridiculous among other things. Just got be cringy every episode. I just wanted to fast forward through parts of it.

Oh I agree. It’s actually fun just healing and rezzing sometimes though. It can win a game with you alone sometimes which is cool. The absolute lamest way to score high is just spotting with the drone. 😜 But it can be helpful. I think I just broke 20 kills in one for the first time recently...

Oh and me too on the potato front. I can’t possibly approach top ten with kills. It’s easy to be top three if not number one by playing medic and rezzing and healing with the German chick. But it’s hardly skill, it’s pretty brainless.

We just tried watching this. I’m literally falling asleep and turning it off. I like these guys, but oh boy is this flat 35 minutes in. I’ll finish it tomorrow maybe. Really, really awful jokes, some are self-aware obviously, but even the ones that aren’t, are awful.

That’s what a few of us were saying in the Darktide thread, for people who had never played VT2. It is really a well done game, with a shit ton of playstyles and intricacies. It really shines on legendary and cata.
