3700x and 3800x both have the wraith prism rgb cooler, main difference between the two is binning. Prism is nice looking and decent enough, but you could do better if you want to oc a 3800 or higher. However the gains from overclocking are small these days, moreso on Ryzen.

Freesynch needs to be enabled in your graphics card control panel. Set windows to single display mode and turn on the hz overlay in the osd to make sure 144 works on the monitor. Tend to have less problems (like flickering) using 120/60 with some games while browsing on an older second monitor.
