Eat, imo. But for some artifacts, you might want to keep two copies--because sometimes you double up classes in group and the best artifacts end up being the same. So I tend to keep two copies of each artifact except for ones that explicitly won't work with another in the group (Like Aurius)...

Also, btw, Celestine is the artifact that makes Blaze Dingo good--but he still needs a ton of gear. Celestine is really good for a few healers, unfortunately Monmo and Angelica both need Rod (However, Destina and Ruele work well with Celestine.)

I only use stones for summoning on banners when I want the hero, or sometimes for energy refills if I'm out of liefs and its a bonus weekend (So I can farm more gold/gear).

I think account level 45 you get them, they just changed it though so I'm not sure. At first you can do five repeat battles with them but as you level them can do 20. They make it a ton easier to farm.
