You can also do abyss. I did it 99-100 and was like 3-5% per map, but abyss can be fucked with either cross contamination or soul eaters. The exp is amazing with the right scarabs and all the abyss nodes in the tree. Also made a ton off eyes/liche drops.

You use two monkies with meatshield and you'll basically always have frenzy charges unless you're going like 10-15 seconds without combat. They're very reliable unless perhaps you're max, MAX ranging, and even then as a skelly mage user doing that I had frenzy charges more often than not.
