Got it off Amazon, they come in stock every once in a while and got lucky to find it in stock. It's pretty awesome. Mine has troubles at 144hz, but is really stable at 120hz, so that's where I left it.

That black screen is what I get constantly, over and over, if I set the screen to 144hz in nVidia control panel. 120hz and I've gotten one, in multiple hours of gaming, so I imagine similar to your stats. My display just doesn't like 144hz for some reason. :(
