Thats my normal spot as well, but the fucker can sometimes get lucky and put a shot through the branches right to my face. Looks like I will get some more practice at it this week since I will be doing nightfall x3 and weekly x3.

I don't find the boss fight too hard on this one, but getting there sucks balls. I always seem to have trouble with the tank when I am solo'ing because his shot with its stupid splash damage will 1 shot me. So one fuck up and its start over time.

So this weeks nightfall is basically the exact same as the weekly on hard. How imaginative Bungie.....

Was wondering if the ammo penetration perk was required or if all weapons would shoot through it. Seemed like someone was using Atheons Epilogue. Doesn't matter, if its at all a useful mechanic I am sure Bungie will remove it with a patch saying it was a bug all along.

So watching those vids it looks like the relic holder can throw a bubble shield up that Atheon cannot shoot through but you can shoot him through. Is my interruption of that correct or am I high on angel dust again?

Are people actually awake when they roll over their saves? Could I just zone into the Atheon check point and wrap a rubber band around my controller so I keep running off the ledge thats right on front of the zone in?

Bite the bullet and buy a PS4. The game is beautiful on this console.

That's a good legendary auto rifle. Most certainly better then doctor nope. Its for sale from the vanguard guy at rank 3 so not really that hard to get but a pretty solid AR. Saves you the Vanguard marks to spend on something else at least.
