I'm down for hard-mode. Would really like a chance at double loot rolls to increase my odds of getting missing raid gear required to hit 30 (gloves and/or chest).

Are people actually awake when they roll over their saves? Could I just zone into the Atheon check point and wrap a rubber band around my controller so I keep running off the ledge thats right on front of the zone in?

2am PST 5am EST etc. you have to close the game completely to clear your saves, but one person who has this weeks atheon (or templar) savepoints can stay in at 2am, and then another person who closes the game can join him and they will get a new weeks save. the first person can then close their game and join the second person to get it too (and jump on alts to make more copies)
just being in the zone at 2am won't be enough, when you logout you will lose it since you haven't gone through the reset yet.

Yep, I'll be online in VOG tonight to keep the save, will just need to find someone online to help me transfer it.

I have an "Inferno" dinner challenge (at one of the best restaurants in Louisville) to go to Wednesday. Sadly, the burning of my insides/asshole take priority Wednesday. I am available Tuesday night though!

I wish shotguns were more useful. Can't use them on bosses cause every boss has a 1 shot mechanic, and they have no spreadfire for trash. I just got the exotic bounty one today (easiest bounty ever)
