Time can be flagged by a no rent item that drops during time clearings. I find defensive is either fucked or doesn't work at all on my warrior. Never did any actual parsing, but I noticed no difference when popping it. Popping evasive, on the other hand, is very obvious when used.

Europa clears time about 2 times a week. SK should have defensive. I'd refer to Nisea about this as he would definitely know for sure though.
