Does gear still basically mean nothing in this game? I played at launch and got the archer class to max level and that was one of my biggest complaints. I like my MMOs to have meaningful gear upgrades. Also the WvW was lame and there was no other real endgame.

So they totally removed the quick match queue instead of just making it not suck. The multiplayer server browser is kinda shitty and only seems to show me games in progress (which you can only observe, not play)...

How "complete" is it? Been itching for a new aRPG and Torchlight 3 is awful according to reviews.

I mean, it's not really a "game" per se. It's a very in-depth and nice looking flight sim. It isn't for us gamers for long term.

You can but I don't recommend it. It uses numpad as default for throttle and it was way too sensitive

Yeah kb/m by itself is shitty but paired with a gamepad is pretty good for casual flyers. I'm getting a bug sometimes where I can no longer control the camera via mouse or gamepad, requiring restart. Annoying.

Exactly what I did and it's running and looking great. Newb tip: Popup windows like NAV Map, ATC Chatlog, etc can be moved to a 2nd monitor. Pretty cool. Also really cool to fly in-game as the sun comes up at the same time as it is outside. Any crazy storms going on atm? I want to fly into one.

For casual pilots such as myself, definitely do NOT recommend kb/m. Sucked ass trying to fly like that. Using xbox controller is great for actual flight control, then use mouse + keyboard shortcuts (if needed) for stuff. Performance with 2070 Super, 16gb ram, i9-9900k is okay, not great. Using...

Patcher crashes constantly. Taking awhile for the remaining 50 gigs due to this! I've only got 16gb RAM as well, but running a 2070 Super. Hope it does decently. I should really just get another two sticks of 8gb...

I think I did $500 on my 580, which was the only "top of the line" card I ever did. Replaced that with a 970, then that with a 2070. I'll wait a couple more years for the next one.

Leveling is fast as fuck right now with the 100% subscriber exp boost. Wish it was permanent. Up to 38 playing casually. Combat doesn't seem as slow as I remember it but I'm playing a Guardian with 2h and can AE pull shit.
