BnS is all about daily quests(both pve pvp), 6man, 24man(not the traditional raid) gear/boss grind. BDO is more like a sandbox with open world PvP/GvG/Siege, there are very few pve endgame in BDO. I personally have no love for Korean MMOs after Aion/Tera/Archeage.

Depends on your level, on low levels, 100% vitality (one vit pot) could even get you 10 levels. But on higher level such as 55+, one vit pot would only get you 2 levels.

I am also playing on Survival, Bloatflies aren't that tough if you use VATS to aim for their wings, usually 2-3 shots kill for me (lvl7 here)

If you are talking about the sub-instances within MajDul, they are for quests, lots of different questlines.
