Which would literally apply to any other random not normal color of makeup. which was the point that was brought up when you tried to make it sound like regular makeup and being turned into an alien were equal time commitments. don't go full retard with this.

    The Mandalorian

If it was red or green and not blue it wouldn't matter if it took 16 hours a day.

    The Mandalorian

He only mentioned the blue thing because the interviewer did. He then went on to talk about it being bad because of the amount of time he'd be spending getting the makeup put on.
  5. Sterling

    The Mandalorian

I'm not really sure how you think that regular makeup and being turned into an alien is the same thing. an hour or whatever in the chair vs 5 or 6 hours isn't the same thing.

It's still going to be way more involved than regular makeup. Unless the goal is just to roll out as some blue man group shit.

    The Mandalorian

Yeah, regular makeup and being turned into an alien are the same thing.

I'll always have mixed feelings about Brees since my guys chose Dante Culpepper over him many years ago. But good for him dude was great.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

4 years is a lot for a RB, but it depends on specifics. that's 3M less than Zeke some years later so that could have been worse.

That era of the mid weight class boxing was unreal. Hagler, Hearns, Leanord, Duran, etc. So, so good.

    District 10

The long gap between movies thing rarely works out, but has actually had some real notable exceptions in the last half decade or so. Fury Road and Bladerunner 2049 had ~ 29 and 35 year gaps and were both great.

what do you mean by back in the day? if you mean back in 1999, then it was slower than that. if you mean like during TSS on live then sure maybe 1-5 took half an hour, but that was never really a thing unless you were doing red wine or something until much later in the game.

Sure. I guess the better way to make my point is that the Pauls are probably in the 99th percentile of people that do some organized boxing. They have top notch training and are reasonably athletic dudes. They're not scrubs but they're also not really fighting anyone that's a real boxer...

Who's calling them pussies? Saying that they might not be world class regardless of how much they train isn't calling them pussies. A lot of being an elite athlete is genetic obviously. Askren went 153-7 wrestling in college, was a US champion and made the Olympic team. Calling him a non...

    American Gods

My biggest issue with the show right now is the pacing. I wouldn't really give a shit about some gay scene if it actually mattered to the ongoing plot but that shit is peripheral at most.

    MMA Thread

Yeah, the Pauls have been legit training with real trainers for a good while now. I don't think they have any chance of being any kind of contenders or anything, but you can't really just lump them in with random celebs. Askren is a real athlete, but wrestling and boxing are obviously...

I mean the dude had real boxing training and Nate was an amazing athlete but he clearly didn't take this boxing thing seriously and got wrecked. That doesn't make Paul some kind of contender or unique flower in the savage hard hitter category among elite fighters.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

I mean I get bringing him back on the cheap, but while that's not a huge contract it's not exactly nothing either. Also, not sure throwing a rookie QB out there without addressing the other offensive issues would work out too well either. Also, Bill is old, not sure he wants to start from scratch.

    Thor: Love and Thunder (2021)

I mean she had a string of movies when she was young after Leon. Heat is an all time kind of movie for it's genre, but I'd argue her arc was maybe the worst part of it. Beautiful Girls, Mars Attacks, V for Vendetta, Black Swan, Your Highness, etc. Garden State is wildly overrated though. I...

    Thor: Love and Thunder (2021)

She's been in a decent number of good movies, but it's hard to say that she's the reason that they're good. I don't think she's amazing, but she's fine in a lot of roles.

    Wheel of Time series

There's a lot of aspects to like. The fact that most of the women were more or less identical personalities and severe bloat in the middle books aside, he created a lot of really good/interesting characters. His world's magic system was different and the backstory was cool.

Yeah 40M cap hit won't feel as bad if the cap goes up like 20 percent or whatever and you see dudes like Allen signing for 55M or whatever. Assuming he's healthy and plays well. Large contracts for good but not elite QBs usually pan out pretty poorly though, so we'll see.
