The cost savings Amazon sees by doing that, versus the number of M.2 drives that actually get damaged and they have to process a return. Probably more than makes up for it.

I've ran a Plex server off my home desktop PC for years now, and never have seen any issue with games or otherwise. Granted, I share it out to 5 or less people, so it's not very taxing, but it's never been a problem.

Yea Google searching was all over the place. Because at some point they changed it to where you were guaranteed 1 keystone, regardless of difficulty and then as you say, a higher chance to get more as you go up in Torments.

Has it always been that you cannot get greater Rift keystones until you are level 70? Leveling up a new guy on the PlayStation 4 on hard difficulty and I'm not getting any Keystone's from regular Rifts.
