What wattage PSU do I realistically need for a modern gaming PC? And is there any real difference between 16gb ram and 32gb ram for gaming?

I'm totally out of the loop for computer stuff; my last build was 2011. All I'm thinking I really want at this point is a 9900k, an rtx 2070, and 2 TB of one of those newer types of SSDs. Aside from that, whatever is decent quality and reasonably priced.
