Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

He was in a house that had a hole in the roof in Ashina castle. I think its the Old Grave idol and then you jump down around there. Its an area with some rocket launcher guys in towers.

    Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Adam Warlock was nothing but a Deus Ex Machina in the Infinity Gauntlet series, glad they left him out of the movies. All the other heroes do all the work, and he just sneaks in to take the Gauntlet. It was a stupid plot.

    Avengers: Endgame (2019)

I think part of Chuk's problem with seeing movies on opening night is that he's from NJ. Seeing movies on opening night in NJ is a nightmare.

    (PS4 and PC) - Death's Gambit

I started this yesterday and its decent for a 2d Souls clone. There's moments where the combat is a little awkward, but its negotiable. Trying to parry is a little funky, but blocking isn't bad except that it locks you into that direction so you have to drop your guard to turn around. Their...

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Shadow Rush works on Isshin's first stage if you wait at the right distance for him to finish a combo. Its especially useful if you have the addition that pops you up into the air, because you can swing like crazy and get two more hits off him before you touch the ground again. Just get ready to...

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Yeah, I wish there was some way to respec, because I bought a bunch of abilities I didn't really need in the end, or ones that fucked me up. That slide effect kept screwing me up, I'd run out of range of some boss's major ability, and suddenly slide into crouch. Then the boss would demolish me...

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

I think that's one of the things that made the first Dark Souls great in my opinion. All the other Souls games use a main hub, but the 1st Dark Souls game makes you feel like you don't really have a home for a while, and you're there clinging to every bonfire for security.

Divine Dragon fight is pretty easy, but damn does it look amazing.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

That house the Seven Spears guy is at is the one you first saved the heir. You can sneak around the whole outside of that reservoir area and eventually get into the house behind him, then backstab his ass for a free fatality. You can throw down some firecrackers to disrupt him. He's definitely...

    Wolfenstein - Youngblood:

Yeah, 1st game was pretty good. 2nd went off the reservation. The "Old Blood" DLC for the first game was fantastic, had a greet feeling of New Order and Return to Castle Wolfenstein feel to it. RtCW is still a classic. I have that Wolfenstein 2009 for PS3 that they pretty much tried to wipe...

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

A lot of times they're good for some fights where you just need a breather on the deflection spam. The centipede mini-bosses are a great example, because you can get into an awkward spot and need to get out or you need to keep their posture up while needing a break to lower yours.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

There's a statue at the other end of that poison lake room, and a plateau you can hide up on. It should have some animal bones on it with a cow skull. If you sit there the Snake Eyes guy will wander around in the poison and chew his own life up.

    Rage 2

The first game played well, the issue was the lack of content. Your missions consisted of going back over the same zones but just rearranged differently. I remember beating it quickly.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

I usually go on a wild rampage running around in Hirata Estate starting from the bamboo idol. I grappling hook up to the left real quick and then dive into the water, swim over to the hidden purple ninja spot, and cheese him first for a solid 300+ skill points. If you don't know the cheese, you...

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Just a heads up: Humble Bundle is doing 10% off Sekiro for PC right now if anyone is interested. They also have a Bandai/Namco sale going on currently: most of the Dark Souls titles are 70% or more off.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Prosthetics can trivialize some of the trash encounters though. Axe works on the shield guys of course, but also ruins those short guys with the wooden hats. Spear works great against armored guys who parry a lot, and firecrackers are great against packs of wolves because you can stun them and...

Ash and Firecrackers work on Lady Butterfly too, if you need an opening to set yourself up for the dodge-counterattack thing Fedor's been talking about.

The flame prosthetic is not far from that area too. Firecracker mod is up on a cliff before the ogre dude. Firecracker mod is crazy fun to use against enemies and trivializes a couple fights.

This will be bad. Kevin Smith hasn't made a good movie since Dogma, and that was 20 years ago.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Firecracker prosthetic owns the hell out of Gyoubu fight, holy shit lol. Some of you having trouble with mini-bosses or just tough enemies: You CAN pussy out and go hide. Some enemies will give up and start walking back, then you can follow and stab them in the back. Some have odd gimmicks...

Yeah, if you look at the gameplay videos of Tenchu, its like old school ninja dark souls and this game.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Its worth it. I like how you can either fight toe-to-toe or stealth-kill people. I also like that the stealth aspect isn't too over done. Its nice that if you mess up doing stealth shenanigans, you can just say "fuck it" and whip their ass. It always annoyed me in other games that if I ruined...

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

I hope From Software keeps making these types of games. Not just Sekiro, but Souls and even other types of stories down the line. I don't care if its reskinned Soulsborne gameplay, that shit is good enough, just give us awesome things to fight in awesome places.

    Borderlands 3

Hopefully it has a good variety, I loved the Zombie Island DLC of the first game and jumped into it very early in the playthrough. I'd prefer more events and bosses, sometimes the running around and questing can drag on too much.

Plate is the only way to transmog. Sometimes mail and cloth have a good set, but leather is pretty weak in variety. The warfront armor sets for Horde have been pretty stellar, though.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (From Software)

Some of the Souls clones aren't bad either for scratching that rare itch. The Surge and Lords of the Fallen aren't half bad, especially on sale. They're not on par with the Souls games of course, but definitely good times. Salt and Sanctuary is a great 2D clone homage to Dark Souls.
