I'm guessing the arcane surge roll has a caster tag? If so you could try to gamble, cause it could remove fire dot but caster tags would be safe, and craft "cannot roll caster modifiers" to annul the mana whitout risking the +1 gems.

It's really hard to level this league..Even with a really tanky champion with spell supress and ailment immunity undoubtedly a lot of the blame is on me, running the altar keystones : D

Really cool...Are there mod lists and/or crafting steps to get the sentinel mods? like how synthesis used to be (eg 90 movement speed to get onslaught) or is it just random?

Individually reached the same sort of spec since i don't know when, havent looked at it lately. Just had these 2 differences from yours. But i might try some small changes now that i look at it again.

I think the Sentinel part of this patch is actually great. It's not intrusive and you get to target farm a lot of loot and the crafting is interesting and also whitout being intrusive (like harvest).

Meta starters this league with spells are like sabo Seismic trap and Inq RF w/ fire trap Don't think self casting in the traditional way is too popular but I wanted to mention Mathils poison phantasmal spark from last league, looked like fun, but then i remembered ashes is 30ex now so perhaps not.

I agree the damage spounges can be bad and they should fix it but in the meanwhile i just move on from those mosters that have shaper HP...My thoughts on it being easy was mostly in the way it plays...as in pressing the button and just keep playing while you collect your loot is a easy/fun way...

I played it for 3.17. Big open maps feel ok to great because you can run around and drop totems behind you and the prolif kills everything. When you need your damage infront of you, like in Indoor maps it feels kind of bad though. I moved on from it quite fast so i didn't take the gear very far...

Thats my plan but i'll probably pick up a lot of bases, not just spam on 1. Because i think the new "recombinator" items and essences should be pretty sick in combination. They said they changed the "relative drop weightings of their unique rewards and making them more likely to drop eldrich currency" so omni is probably more expensive now. Don't know if this league is going to be a hit or miss. Weird they're not nerfing anything.

It needs Ashes I dont know what the perfect quality is but at 41% qual it seems to be around 30% more dmg than default 100% x3 + 300% dmg on 4th hit vs 70% x3 + 568.4% dmg ---> 600 vs 778.4 ---> 778.4/600= 1.297 Not enough to make it a super serious skill ofc but theres no better way to build...

Doesn't Incandescent Heart have the same issues as corrupted soul (bypassing your energy shield)? I guess you found it to be at a manageable level? Don't really have much i can reccomend though, especially stuff that would be cheap. If you want to get ailment immunity then you can whitout too...

Decided to end the session after 30-60 minutes because of random periods of screen freeze for no apparent reason. Don't know what the issue might be, tried googling and i do see reports of screen freezes/lag spikes/etc but those results are all for PC. i'm playing on the PS5, in split screen...

Stricly for dps i would say (and constant movespeed is love), because i don't know how hard they have to hit to drop you from max phys reduction with even 600k armor, but it's probably harder than anything can actually hit for. 44% of smite builds on poeninja has Mageblood. But i'm not sure...
