I think the skins are pretty cool. In contrast to other Poe mtx it actually seems like decent value to me. The nemesis changes are welcome alltough i don't know if i will start seriously interactic with it again, it just slows me down too much when i could just run another map.

The new influence altars can just go bonkers. Like just now, got 2 early altars in a map that both gave base scarab drop chance of 5% total, and another for 10% chance to duplicate scarabs. 43 scarabs total. edit: to clarify the 5% chance is only for the eldrich influence mobs not the whole map.

I think scourge was fine IF it was like a 60% effort league so they can put 140% into the next one. Cause it kinda felt like a 60% effort for 80% fun, compared to Heist which felt like a 200% effort for 30% fun.

Short answer yes. Spell supression doesnt care if the damage is elemental (or phys or chaos or converted from one to the other). It only cares if it's a spell hit (+ailment from said hit) and not an attack. Not sure what the scourge shifting damage is classified as.
