There wont be zones. You should read the first post and see what Smed has said the direction this game is going to take. Its a larger version of DayZ/Rust.

The only problem with this is you're splitting your magic find. It only triggers in a 75 yd radius. So while you clear the place faster, you lose out on the 10-30% magic find.
