Got Varimathras down tonight , but Coven is just a cancerous fight. We're only taking 3 melee for progress and stacking loads of range. I guess it's a good thing I have a hunter alt I can use because fuck being melee on that fight, especially on mythic.

27 wipes for first kill and 7 for the re-kill. Wipes seem to occur when we don't do bridge fast enough and or people with pulse grenade decided to run with everyone else knockning people around.

We got mythic Kin'garoth tonight and our best pull on Varimathras was ~36%. We should get it Sunday and it's really not that bad of a fight, since we're using a third tank to do the plague mechanic. It's also a pretty fast fight since enrage is at 5 minutes.

With the new obfuscation method(s) it helped kill the bots, but on the flip side it also killed tMorph, which was used by lots of people, myself included. I enjoyed being able to being a cow warrior without having to pay for the actually race change.

We had severe lag on just initial pulls on Goroth, enough so to where it would take 5 seconds for abilities to go off for everyone. No one had any high ms or world latency. Once we completely reformed the raid, the lag disappeared.

Yeah that's awful, I am sorry. We just have our mage + hunter pets solo it until it's time to kill and make the hunters hard swap and it worked every time. But like you are saying people like to pad for whatever reason, when it's not needed at that point in the encounter and fucks over the fight.

If your raid has enough DPS, you can phase Gul'dan and not have to deal with the Fel-Lord. That's the strategy we went with and it seems to work fairly well with lusting at the start and you'll have it for Phase 4 on Illidan.
