Face, face and more face. Those are the only decks I'm seeing right now. My last few games have been against a few Face Hunters, two different Face Warriors, Face Druid and a ton of Aggro Shaman.

Hit Rank 5 for the first time in a couple of months. I hadn't been playing as much until recently when I saw that I'm less than 200 wins for a Golden Paladin. Just decided to knock out as many wins as I could before the change to Standard destroys the class.

Too many sticky minions. It takes so many resources to kill a Shredder that many times it's better to just ignore it (as an example). Standard will fix that.

If you're new to a deck go play Casual for a few games just to get a feel for it. The meta in casual isn't very different from Ranked in all reality. But if you care about losing rank than Casual gives you a good feel for the deck, how to mulligan and when to make certain moves.

Vossler was very easy for me. He didn't live up to the hype at all. The short version is that mitigation is key to this fight. Wall (take it as a Roaming Warrior if needed), Full Break, Steal Power and Protectga and Vossler will hit like a wet noodle.
