I figured they wouldn't give you the ability to float unless you were in a plot where you could go into build mode. Not just stay in build mode throughout the game.

I can't imagine them not giving players the ability to float. There's no incentive to make it difficult for players to build things. SOE needs the customers to build things.

I find that playing with guild stacks will improve your skills more than pubs will. If anything you can play more care free and relaxed playing with people that won't jump down your throat for making a simple mistake.

I think people just standing in would be more effective. That way we could still have a healthy number of teams while fixing the issue of someone not being on at a specific time.

Pretty sure it would have to be either of those 2 modes. Forcing new players to play roles or heroes they aren't familiar with is setting yourself up for failure. We played a CM game earlier this week where that exact thing happened. edit - I really think it would be possible to get 20 people...

Yea just counted, there's almost 120 people in the guild. I'm sure atleast 70-80 are active at some point or another.

There's probably actually more than 50 people in the guild. I know I've invited 3 or 4 friends who aren't on the forums and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Anyways, definitely down for this and have a team of 5 ready.
