Most SOE games have the option to filter particular channels off their chat boxes. The primary Concern I'd have for your kids if you want to censor ingame communication would be to turn off the ingame voice chat. I'd be surprised if you can't find those in the general options somewhere...

The upgraded range on his hook is pretty OP, the fact that there's no windup time and the missile speed is fairly fast is also something I'd tell them to reconsider. The windup time is pretty important when not very many heroes have blink or movement skills.

Yeah I feel like he's pretty weak on the 2 lane maps mostly. I wish I had a choice to opt out of those in quick. I really don't like the 2 lane maps at all.

Yeah the issue is that at early levels you don't unlock grav-o-bomb or other talents for alternate play aside from Merc/Seige damage boosts so it feels like that's the only thing you're good at.
