I'm pretty happy with my party comp. I think I'll be saving my EX tickets for a while; possibly until the 3% rainbow change. I doubt it will take 10 months for that. GL got some of those QoL changes much sooner than expected. I've started saving 2 of every unit in case it becomes a bonus unit...

Ok. Got my Ashe geared well enough to carry a full bonus unit party as long as you imperil (Ramuh, Shiva, Diabolos) and full break (Vaan) the last boss. She has DC with 800ish MAG. @Vinen why is your Zarg naked?

I made some tweaks to mine. 844 MAG, but probably not enough to carry a team yet. Possibly with a MAG buff and big break on the boss.

Dang. I can't get mine that high with her MAG only 768 without DC, but with another Ashe she can chain Heavens Fury to 1 shot Tiamat. No Frey Needle or L&A... yet.

Ah, good point. My 11 pull did have an Ingus. Still a little salty over all the blues i got. I think i pulled 8 Vaan.

My rotten luck returns... 10 tickets all blue with lots of blues. I raged and used a 5k summon... 1 gold 10 blues... 2 more tickets and golds finally. Got 1 Ashe and Rasler shheesh.

I do use the occasional 1% and 5% moogles to finish off a TMR I have been farming, but usually when I know they will hit 100% while I'm sleeping or at work. I hate wasting time/NRG in the farm group for maxed units. Also, it seems like that last 1% takes the longest to complete sometimes. Edit:

I just finished Deathbringer recently. Already got some use out of it for Maxwell. I have been lapis refresh TMR farming a bit lately since we get free daily summons. Nice to see progress being made on my backlog. I think i am going to prioritize gearing Reberta next. She is going to be great...

Are you referring to the missions? You cannot sell Rain, but he is worth leveling for the character specific trials. You can get some good gear there.

So it looks like i am averaging 36 relics per day. So 100 days to get a 40% to all stats materia. That's not too bad for a superior materia.

Thanks for the tip. I will try it out. Swapped out the router for an older one and everything is working again. Weird because the newer router was working great right up until maintenance.

I tested out Deathbringer on Orlandeau and it takes longer to kill King Mog. Just gonna stick with Excalibur and use Imperil. Cecil pretty much does DC Dispel/Imperil every round. The Challenge mode is definitely worth a lot more raid points/coins. I think it's like 1k more. Still having issues...

5* pull got me Reberta. I wish i had not dumped all of her trust moogles. Free 10+1 got me Rikku. Couple other good tmr units is about it. Already got Rikku LB maxed and TMR. How should i pot her for stats? Survivability?

Make sure to pick up the Safety Bit accessory for your tank. It will make healing a lot easier if you dont gave to constantly raise your tank. Also, i am sure someone on here has a Noctis that can cheese the trial. I think they will be extending maintenance after the server crash last night...

Honestly, Minfilia has been mvp for me for so many trials. Her single target and party buffs are really good. For the FFX exploration boss, Tiliths rainbow veil should be enough because of wider elemental coverage. There are lots of Orlandeaus to chain with so maybe Firion as a finisher? What...

Just FYI. You can send arena units on expeditions and still use them in the arena. I kept avoiding sending them, but now i can use them for both which is great because they are pre-geared to meet any stat thresholds for max %.

The excursions are a pretty good gil sink for now. Some of those items get pricey. Not as bad as i thought it would be to get 160 relics in a week. 3 days left and i should be done in a day or two.
