What team are you using for ELT raid? I woukd be interested in tge team comp and gear set. I would like to farm ELT this time around. I do have Gilgamesh and Orlandeau as my primary dps. Do not have Ling.

They probably changed his resist so you can't cheese an Orladeau kill. I will wait on the trial a bit. Pretty close on some TMRs that will help my team.

It does make the coins/orb ratio much higher. So the extra couple minutes for a kill was probably worth it in the end to finish faster. I could never survive ELT Ifrit so i farmed PRO and still got everything. It just took more days and less sleep.

I will end up stealing a lot of gear from Orlandeau to max Firion. It may take some time to get the dragon killer weapon recipes and materials, though. Yeah, even with lower dragon killer %, your Olive will output way more damage than my Firion.

Anyone run any numbers for Firion for the upcoming raid? His 125% passive + Odin + materia + the new spear and gun should be some particularly nasty dps as a finisher against dragons. I have not tried a 2x Orlandeau + Firion to figure out timing, but i think that will be my team for the trial.

There are no free units for the upcoming raid. I say use them and then keep rerolling until you have a decent starting party. Going to be getting a lot of summon tickets this month. Then speed through the story content and build up lapis to throw at the anniversary banner next month. You should...

I misjudged the first threshold and Cecil got pwned so i did not clear that mission. Pretty easy with Minfilia. Yshtola did not have to do much until Cecil dropped. Oh well. Not worth going back for the last mission. Back to TMR farming.

I would not waste time on Sakurafabuki since you can get Genji Blade. I would say dialcast for sure since conent is getting harder. I use Y'shtola and put DC on Cecil. What a huge difference it has made for me. I would finish Xcalibur next, then Quick Assault for Orlandeau. Blade Mastery next...

Does that mean we have a new King Shitter, but for GL? My three rainbows have come from 11 pull, daily 1/2 (blue->gold->rainbow), and ticket (gold->rainbow). All within a month, but I had no luck for the 9 months prior to that. RNG is funny like that.

And it makes for a pretty amazing team too. Especially after enhancements. I don't envy your task of enhancing them. Gonna be a long road.

That is still some crazy good luck to even pull rainbows from dailies... let alone within days of each other. I have tons of metal cactuars sitting around waiting for the next great unit i might pull.

I have heard it is good for certain units. Overall it averages out to pretty good damage multiplier. Does not work for Setzers Dice/Double Dice since those are fixed damage abilities.

Daily 1/2 price got me Sozhe. I will be farming his TM at some point. Auto-refresh is always welcome. Funny thing is that the game crashed when i broke the crystal. I thought i would lose the lapis and have to put in a trouble ticket.

Starting to rethink my party comp. I dont know if the mp 15% materia is worth the effort.

Dont forget to put Germinas boots on someone to escape from all the trash fights or else use smoke bombs. Also dont forget tents.

I will be putting up Orlandeau for the next event. He is BiS except for Black Cowl. Also threw Dragon Slayer on him and Ifrit for fire resist.

I was trying figure out if it could be done with my gear/TMs with Cecil, Y'shtola, Orlandeau x2. Also, do you have to seal the dragon's fire with water/ice? 50k hp heal is easy to overcome and Cecil provoke could easily handle the physical hits. And the fire should be easy with enough resist...

I did a little checking and this exploration is all about fire resist again. Two major boss fights... one like Antenolla and the other like Ifrit raid.

LOL. I was going to ask the same thing. No holiday coming up so no GL exclusive event. Could be the first story event, a one-shot challenge, or another raid. Definitely not another Mog King grind. Since we are wrapping up FFVI i wonder if we are going to get our GL exclusive *6 awakening.

I've managed to farm up everything I wanted so far, except the Purecrysts. I would like to get a Power and Support since they seem to be what I will need the most of for the units I have. I really like Setzer and his versatility. I'm really tempted to pull more to get a 2nd one for chaining...

Oh man. I just got ROFLstomped by a single, near-death Setzer. Cursed Card then Gamble Attack for a lot of hits to finish me off. Ouch. edit. Did we lose @a_skeleton_03 ? Been a while.
