From what I saw on streams... the warders were sharing with the rest of Sleepers so you'd get 1 avatar weapon sometimes and nothing else. I think Bobbys stream half of them dropped like 1 avatar weapons each while the other 2 dropped real loot. But the final arbiter dropped warder loot also.

Well, wake of tranquility does require line of sight, but the normal pacify don't. But, can you imagine the bots trying to weave pacify into their scripts. Not a chance. They'll just pack extra toons in the zone to help stop them from wiping, I'm sure.

Lodizal spawns every 4-6 hours also. I imagine Lodizal will either not share loot or will share it with something else really lame. But, would be quite hilarious if Lodi dropped any real raid loot.

level 56 kennel mobs drop emp loot. I never saw fungi tunic from 3 days clearing abc. I saw 7 hiero cloaks at abc. 0 fungi tunic. not sure why your 2 examples dropped tunic. I have killed a shit ton of kennels and ABC and never saw a tunic off a mob under 56 and never saw a hiero cloak off a mob...

the loot isnt based on how far away the named level is from another. it's sectioned off into chunks. level 51 to 55 is 1 chunk. 56 to 60 is another. I assume it goes like that all the way down. so a 35 would be 31 to 35 and 36 to 40.
