Plaguelord build OP. The effect is more dramatic when enemies are closer together or have more health. It will bounce back and forth between targets doing more damage each time until they're down. I should change my keybinds so I can RP walk while they fall down around me.

Don't get the Scrapper perk and you'll be fine on money. It auto-scraps expensive junk items into shit materials.

Just put one point into the Cold Blood perk and when you kill enemies within 10 seconds of each other you'll gain XP.

The enemies always respawn regardless, but they only respawn with duplicates once all wealth has been collected. I guess to avoid double-counting. Since it hasn't been counted yet (the icon is still on the map), then all you have to do is travel enough times to respawn the area to (try to) loot...

If you weren't able to loot it, it shouldn't count as collected so when the enemy respawns he will have the ingot. All ingot-dropping NPCs do respawn again with loot after all wealth for the area has been collected, so you can farm more nickel + tungsten + titanium in the end. I think you need...
