So what's the scoop on this upcoming event? The last couple have been pretty easy with strong casters for elemental chaining and then filling the rest of the slots with bonus units.

Is that Divine Ruination chaining with another Orlandeau or with any other chaining unit? Chances of me getting 2x at 1% a pop + my luck = nil. On a positive note, with so many people pulling hard for Orlandeau, he should be pretty plentiful on companion lists for bonus during the event.

I'm in the same boat. I think there will still be enough random friends to get it done, but Ifrit will definitely be deleveling faster. I changed out my shared unit to Gilgamesh (697 ATK, jeweled ring, Ifrit). He's not amazing, but he's getting the job done.

I'm with you Sinzar. As F2P, lapis is a lot more precious to blow my last 5k on 1% chance to get a unit. I think I'll ticket pull and/or daily pull for synergy units and maybe throw a few extra mog shop tickets at him before the banner goes.

There is speculation that the 1 year anniversary will bring Orlandeau back to the banner and it will most likely feature other very good units. Granted that is a few months out, but the other units on this FFT banner seem kind of meh and probably only really worthwhile for the event bonus.

Also, you only get one of her exclusive ability as a reward. It doesn't seem to counter that often (20%), but it heals for a lot (1400 with very little SPR gear).

On ELT, yes, which most people are not clearing. PRO gives a little over 600 coins (6 summons) at the current raid level. Although, I have been getting a lot of Y'shtola's trust moogles so I may be able to get her TM right away instead having to farm for it or hoping for a bunch of dupes of her.
