That's why you only have it have it pop up once in a while? It's an idea, not something I've fully fleshed out. I just think that the current way of doing it could use some spicing up. You're grinding one resource, to buy another resource, that you then open to get yet ANOTHER resource.

Yeah, I'm not really saying what I mean very clearly. Grinding gold to buy packs just is an unexciting way to do it, even if you get to basically the same result eventually. It'd be cool to have a quest pop up occasionally where you got, say, a rare for ten wins.

Which is fine. I haven't played many other CCGs. I wasn't even really saying it as a flaw; just a reason it's not clicking with me personally. Although I think they'd be well served to maybe give you a single card as an occasional quest reward or something, instead of doing it all via packs.

I actually didn't mind leveling him, but it was a while ago. Just hold down right click and watch things die. His single target damage isn't a big deal while leveling because who cares about killing bosses while leveling?

That is an easily shifting thing based on the cards in the game. Looking at just the hero powers, it's a clear outlier.

Is that actually a problem though? If it's a deck that is overly played, breaking it might be a good thing.

It might force warlocks to use smaller cards, and I don't know the game well enough yet to know if that's something that could still cause them to be very good. But it's certainly better than the current state of things. I'm not playing one mostly because I see how overplayed they are.
