If they leave it intact as possible, yes. Can't recall if it required rep to get the base quintessence, but off the top of my head you just needed bodies to each have a quintessence.

I don't know how they could possibly top Amaurot as a dungeon, short of us getting something like the Lunar Subterrane hitting all the FFIV nostalgia, and even then I'm not sure. Amaurot was fantastic.

This is completely the truth. It's also the truth for the other trials too. The DPS have an arguably stricter check on trial #2's add phase.

Honestly, I'm planning on doing Trusts for the entire MSQ. Mostly because I am a nerd and want to see what the dialogues all say and to see if they did any other cute things like with the L73 dungeon's final boss gimmicks for the AI. It's definitely going to be what I use for probably my DPS...

I don't see the point in FIRST TO EIGHTY, considering Eden won't release until July 16th, and even then it's normal mode with Savage not due until the 30th.

3.0's preliminary notes were on June 16th (EA was 19th, release 23rd), but 4.0's were released at the maintenance start as you said. For some reason I thought both were that week's Tuesday but I was wrong.

Yeah, arguably as much as Bard did in 4.0. I really like how they handled pets for Summoner. Ifrit for single-target; Garuda for ae; Titan for when damage is expected to come in, with a touch of splash damage. I think they need to do a little more work with the somewhat clunky behavior...

The real question is how many days it will take to get the 18hr minions for free. Mameshiba was a real bitch (pun intended) to acquire. However, I lucksacked two koala joeys in two consecutive days, so that was probably why.

I'm hoping that's the case for all AEs, where it's just a flat falloff from the primary target, if any decrease at all. The verbose diminishing return didn't really feel like it had much to offer, in many cases where the damage falloff would apply (i.e. - 4+ targets)

I would suggest unlocking it for the Sea of Clouds, Churning Mists, the Fringes, the Peaks, and Ruby Sea though. Flying is an absolute godsend in those zones, especially the last.

All that trailer did was make me want to get to that scene in game.
