Servers are up btw. I like how they had no mention of a fix what so ever.

The issues are with their servers, policies, and account management. More than I can say about most MMO launches. Also, you white knighted more than I did.=P

There are quests that feature does not work. Very few, but they are there.

I think some if not all quests that involve instances don't map right even then it tells you in the quest log what zone its in and the location. Like that place in vesper bay.

Ill second this. I wish they would take away hunting log locations all together.

Im wondering if they increased exp gain for everyone during ob to clear out the starting areas.

Not sure if you are being sarcastic or not but, Thats not how EQ worked at all.... Most people earned their name in KC and places like it. Pullers who could split the hand room. Bard/chanters who didnt care if you did, tanks keeping agro, kill speed for the dps, healers who could maintain...

Add ons are confirmed. I have not seen any info on what kinda access they will have though. I thought the cross class skills were very limited myself. Each new job/class has its own set of hotbars. You switch to them when you change jobs. No idea about the last one. Kinda curious myself.

Any legacy player most of you are playing with was not good in 1.0 either. Most at least decent legacy players have an established name, guild, and won't be seeing any of you through the duty finder.

I found White Mage the hardest, and most enjoyable class to play in 1.0.

You do realise that FFXI's compact keyboard is the standard pretty much for any mouse free pc game now a days, right? Only difference that matters is instead of c-1 or a-2, you have c-a and such.

FFXI's controls were perfect. Change that shit to a compact keyboard and throw away your mouse. They were hard to get used, but once you did they worked flawlessly for that game.
