    I really do not see this being an issue for myself. Haven't really been out of service besides a power outage, but this type of game has no need for the always online crap. It's this or some other 3rd party DRM shit, lose lose for us paying customers.

    Like others have said, the game will devour you until you make most of the rare stuff. Really fun multiplayer, as well as some great griefing!

    Well I think I have bought all I care to this sale, picked up Dishonored, Far Cry 3, SOL: Exodus, Super Street Fighter IV, Legend of Grimrock, Dawn Guard for Skyrim, and Doom 3 BFG edition. Now I got way too much crap to buy....damn sales.
