idk for me I can only do 800x600. If I go any higher my mouse won't go to parts of the screen and it's unplayable. Nobody knows the fix either. This server needs A LOT of work still. IMO this will basically be unplayable til at least Kunark if I had to guess.

His client is force closing right before it's about to get to char select screen. I had the same exact shit but DL'n the new quarm server file from discord fixed it.

oh and add this line OldUI=FALSE to the ini and make sure NewUI=TRUE might help? out of ideas after that and make sure you got the 2.2 client too

Hmm weird I was having same issue as you for a while and as soon as I downloaded that quarm zip from the discord it instantly fixed it. Idk then. Set res to 800x600 in the INI too maybe because I had to do that also.

You have to download the file from the discord server. It's just a single eqgame something file that you overwrite the current one of. Should be fine after that. it's the quarm zip file.

Only time you play in 1st person is inside dungeons. Everything else was always F9'd. Regardless, the p99 client is 1000x better than this. It's basically impossible going from a client that smooth to this.

Played this today, it's actually pretty good. There's also an online version that is extremely well built and has every card for free and high quality matchmaking with a lot of people. I can't imagine it will last very long. Super easy to set up too. Download client, load game, copy paste...
