My experience has always been that p99 players who tell you they are p99 players are pretty much the worst skilled on any tlp. The ones you find that fact out later can be fine.

Npc casters are god mode at least until the 30s, where stuff like droga is pure nightmare. At some point, maybe 50s ish, casters are ideal farm targets as long as you can stop a gate spell.
