Please tell me Overload is considered a Battlecry for this - it would be so amazing for occasional laughs from people screwing it up if so.

    Kingdom Death: Monster

It does offer a better point of contrast - definitely some heavy yellow going on with your camera though (or it's picking that up from the lighting) your board color looks way off in that pic. Almost looks like it's sitting under a warming lamp with the coloring your camera does.

If you don't mind next time you take some photos of your painting, do it with the board as a backdrop. (I want to see the contrast vs. the board personally - but also I THINK that might help with your color complaint)

I meant the series in a general sense - I enjoy both for different ways, stuff like the Fates and Endless Mode being done already bring me to #1 a bit more than #2 now that I've completed the campaign in it. I'm sure post-Endless Mode for 2, I'll never look back though.

No mention of Skyrim, yet? For shame, people he had Fallout 4 listed as something he had and enjoyed. For "small" games I think you might enjoy with that list - Binding of Isaac, Hand of Fate and Rogue Legacy are all great $10-20 range games with fundamentally infinite replayability.

Any spoilers besides the new version of Croix yet? Not seen any others... And poking around their website trying to find them found out they did a physical Deck Building Game too - Clank! A Deck-Building Adventure - anyone tried it to have any opinions? Definitely piques my curiosity with the...

For my own depression - for some reason FedEx says it's going to take until Thursday for my Fallout Board Game to get here, was so amped for it this weekend. (It's coming from the next county over for Christ's sake)

Indeed, experimentation occasionally strikes gold. I'd rather have the occasional fail like Pepsi Salted Caramel (it's good minus the salt, flavor is great but it dries me out and aftertaste is a bit weird if you drink too much) rather than not have new things to potentially add.

Yea I tried them too, I'm thinking Fruit Punch is what it's supposed to be. Don't think I've ever had Fruity Pebbles to compare them though.

As a consumer isn't it better to have all the cost known up front? We already in a retail product are given the option between a $60 normal, $90 "upgraded" edition, and a $120-250 collector's edition if we want extra bells and whistles. It gets exceptionally scummy in stuff like Battlefront 2...

A F2P has to be almost entirely monetized via MTX or else those people don't have anything to receive a paycheck from - when they're selling a retail product, they're getting a cut of the sales cost of every product that leaves the door; MTX for them is a bonus check, not the entire income...

Perhaps the people I talk to are weirdos - but for them, the grinding IS part of the gameplay - plus as I stated and you skipped past, isn't there a sub option that unlocks most of it anyhow if you're willing to commit X per month? (I know some MOBAs do, but perhaps LoL doesn't)

Yea, but he's one of those mindless libertarians that thinks all regulation is bad, while they're taking advantage of hundreds of things that would turn to shit if regulation wasn't there. Hell, the most likely result of something like this being regulated is labeling laws just to inform people...

@AladainAF Amen - I was talking more about #2 and that seems like a great summary of my feelings on it. I could care less about it when it's limited to adult products though, but predatory shit like that in products that kids play is just awful. On a personal level I hate seeing anything other...

I don't drink ever - sometimes I grammar non-good though. (Intentionally super-awfulfying that - there should've been a comma in the OP for clarity that even my grammar foibles doesn't excuse though) To say it more verbose and clear, however. I poked over on BoardGameGeek and found a thread...

The risk shouldn't be there. And there's plenty of examples, I realize with your history with meth and being unable to properly budget for stuff like toothpaste you may have missed it but there's tons of cases that have been levied as complaints against such practices all over. 12 year old...

I'm talking about both - plenty of kids provide their own money these days too. And are you seriously saying you don't have a BANK ACCOUNT? Because nearly every Debit Card is usable as a CC now. And it LITERALLY is quite different - authorizing a transaction one time to help a kid out often...

That an EU thing overall or just Belgium? Because there's been plenty of "kids using their parents CC issues" from across the pond - I've seen UK I know for sure. But yea, if kids are kept away from digital dollars that mitigates it a ton.

When it comes to the shit kids can buy? Seriously... I don't think it's too much of an issue for adults like us, but when stuff that 10-15 yr olds play are effected as well and you're expecting kids that we've got different laws in place because kids are often understood to not have...

Have kids been enjoying this? Laura and I were crazy about it, but it seems so deep and sentimental for kids that they wouldn't get it IMO. Weird interview/job offer experiences?

Heh, might be true enough in computer worlds. I don't look at any coder resumes that don't come with some examples of coding that I then forward off to the department to review since anything past CompSci 101 is 99% Greek to me - before I switched to the MBA->MSHRM track I did a year of CompSci...
