Depends on what weapons you've managed to get so far. If you have a few arc weapons you could probably solo it at 26. I'll be running the nightfall / weekly 3 times today. I fell asleep playing it lastnight because it's so boring. >.<

Assuming you have the armor I'd buy a 150 rocket launcher or heavy machine gun. Keep doing the dailies / weekly and by the time Xur pops again you should be able to afford multiple drops. I still haven't seen a heavy raid drop.

I redid all of Sanderson at the beginning of the summer minus his conclusion to the WoT series...so now my OCD is making me read the WoT series so I can finish all the Sanderson stuff in order to move on to the next reading project. Being bored is awesome.

Can take base level of 300s at lvl 25 as long as you know the mechanics for normal VoG. Defender titans and rez locks are their own special level of cheese. Hunters need a bit of skill. Edit, I can run you through nightfall tonight if no one else does. My titan still needs it.

I'm not taking sides in your RL vs gaming ratio, but I think I should point out that I have a few friends at lvl 29-30 with less than 5 hours a week played since launch. This game is not hard, it's just streaky luck based rewards. I easily have 20 hours a week played and my wife is happy...

Full raid gear gives barely level 30. Will probably have to replace everything (current exotics included) for 32.

My titan has a shitty exotic helm, but I'm totally buying this chest for the double nade spam. She's almost 27 so hopefully get the helm from HM before Tuesday, and that would make her 30 after being 15 on thursday. So stupid.

Yep. No damn 27s though, with icebreaker 7 bullets wouldn't break them. Wreck also unlocked his oracle bonus damage rocket launcher. Hah.

4th and I screwed around on the HM oracles and found a few places we can sit on the starting ledge to get it down. Oracle requires 5 shots from icebreaker (not fully upgraded, but a lvl 30 shooting) so we basically need 5-6 people on the ledge focused on oracles to push into Templar cheese...

consoles are seperate.

Alloy is one of my favorites of his. More so since it's a "Stand alone" kinda.

I think we have at least 3 check points for HM oracles, but not templar, unless Sarth has that one.
