Well you likely won't be able to do some of the uncovered stuff until close to 100 then.

Portions of most maps are level 100 content for some reason, so don't feel bad, you shouldn't really stay in a zone for more than two levels if you're concerned with leveling speed. You'll go back through the content at 100 and get stuff you missed for garrison resources, follower unlocks...

The weapon is an ilvl 710 2hsword during pvp combat and a 625 rare piece of shit in pve. Dropped out of an epic bg reward box on my first queue as soon as I dinged 100. Literally 2500+ top end in a bg. The non warforged shittier version costs 3500 honor.

Yeah 2k GR is pretty simple to get if you just go treasure/rare hunting in between BG/heroic queues. I'm at like 1700 and I've been fking around on my tradepost converting GR to herbs.

Quest upgrades have wallet implications too when you go to DE them. This applies well with the garrison missions you send your followers on that produce loot, if the war mill upgrades those too.
