Well they did try to confound any FFXIV hype by announcing an overcooked beta card phone game that the 20 year old mmo nubcakes will sit there and actually digest.

Amen my friend, the LoL community is an absolute shithole. I will take pride in hunting them down. I think most of them will be around 17 years old by the time EQ Next ships.

They need to put a poll up on the roundtable asking if people prefer the Holy Trinity or a total zerg fest of mashing buttons and fighting for yourself. I'm sure the results would be fairly skewed, and I don't mean for the latter.

This is exactly what happened with Bioware and SWTOR. That game needed another 6+ months in the oven but EA wanted it rushed out for the holidays.

I'm hoping that without a set trinity environment, I can still pool together certain tank abilities from different classes to make myself more 'tanky'. Maybe one class has a parry skill, another with a health bonus, etc that can be applied to my character.

I think it all depends on whether the axe is harder to get than the fire enchant.
