Auto casting your flasks will net you a ban if they detect it. They don't give a shit about you popping 5 at once with one button, but getting ahk to actually cast them every 5 seconds will get you banned if you get caught. The poe.exe has their own detection stuff inside it.

Don't think it will be cheap, the only really cheap bow build I can recollect was HoA Pathfinder. When you factor in all the jewels, good weapon, jewellery etc it normally gets pretty pricey quick. Plus you'd probably want a HH if you are playing a bow as you'd get a fair bit of juice out of it.
