I haven't tried it but have no doubt it's a viable, if not good build. I really wish they had released the necro at the start of a new season as season only character (to start) so everyone started totally fresh. It's really hard to tell how a build is going to be until it's totally tricked...

depends on the build.... i was using a Targoul's build that included mages, either way it's not an overly fun mechanic.

Yeah, the circle of nailujs evol helps, but it still feels like way too much clicking to maintain and do anything else, especially considering how good the bone armor set is.

Actually doubt that, the EQ community has repeatedly shown that they are willing to continue to pay for less and less content on live and jumping all over new TLP servers.

Blood turned out fun, didn't play it in beta, but yeah proccing blood nova really didn't feel like it helped much, but i got lucky and got both Jesseth's within a couple of runs.

I played in one of the early alphas before they changed the name from Shards Online and the game was pretty craptastic, but i hope they can pull the core game together because the ability to make your own server (loved NWN for this reason) is pretty intriguing.

Yeah, i said the same thing for years, that was one of the things i prefered with DAoC's RA system vs EQ's AA, you had to make meaningful choices to build your character for your style of play (mainly PvE or PvP in DAoC) rather than just play a little longer to max out.

That's one of the things i loved about DAoC, at level 50 you started your epic quest which would give you a full set of visible gear and it was all group level content. I would love to see an epic quest that you start at low level that gives you a new step (with a reward) every 5 or so levels...

Yeah, the community is horrible - i went from WoW to Rift and felt like i was playing with the exact same people, they just bitch more in chat channels because no one seems to punish them when reported.
