I doubt you're guaranteed anything. Dont know if you can get multiple of those affixes from 1 fossil, i would think not. You can't use multiple of the same type of fossil in 1 resonator.

That was my impression too. Assuming you want all 4 sockets being auras to make these boots worthwhile you just dont have enough buttons for vaal skills and other neccessities.
