all the episodes kinda end abruptly except Ep3, I think they basically a bunch of 1.5 hour movies split into 12 episodes. Would prob have been better as a 4 part Mini Series.

Almost agree, I think the story overall will be good but much better in Chunks, like they did with Arcane.

I think all of the elves if they stay on ME turn into shadow/fade regardless of whether Sauron was around or not. I assume Sauron maybe would hasten it? but the Valar basically programmed them to come home or fade out, hence why they all have this hard on to go West.

I am liking it so far, def a slow burn and the place where they chose to end the the first 2 episodes seems really abrupt but thankfully we got all 3. Gonna be jarring to watch 1 more than seeminly ends mid scene. Otherwise I am enjoying it so far.

So rewatching RO in prep for Andor and came across this: This would imply to me at the time of RO/ANH Mon Mothma is still not out of the senate so she is probably still undercover as a rebel, and as such wouldnt have perhaps been off world on /coruscant during the events of Yavin. I assume...

Also I assume in RO, Mon Mothma is openly part of the rebellion even though they don't dissolve the senate till ANH. So I am curious if they do explain where she is. I don't think EVERY rebel was on Yavin, maybe as a backup they sent some of the leaders away to preserve the rebellion in case...

Season 2 basically ends at RO. "He added that the final scene of episode 24 will “walk the audience directly into the first scenes of Rogue One.” I wouldnt be suprised if we get Jynn Erso and some of the cast from RO in the final season, but from a diff perspective...

I guess we will find out in Andor where she was since it transitions into RO-> ANH. :)

best part is the show has so many Spartacus actors so reminded me to go rewatch it. Still one of the best shows. Just waiting for Craig Parker to show up as Haldir.

I always think the question of why X character wasnt in Y is the dumbest when it comes to star wars or other properties(like always "WHERE WAS AHSOKA" ). Like not every rebel from the Galaxy was at Endor/Yavin, just like not every Imperial was at Endor either. The Galaxy is a big place.

So initial reactions are out. Most of the reviewers I follow who didn’t like the new shit and whose opinions I trust are saying it’s awesome and not at all like any of the current SW. a lot more like RO, very character and spy thriller heavy

I don't think the story for mando is that great tbh. Rogue One took the chance and killed off everyone, if they take the same kinds of risks and writing and dark grittiness I think I'll like it more than Mando. Mando is cool but a lot of it is filler/spaghetti western/adventure of the week...

I am pretty sure the throne literally cuts/kills people due to the blades. I can't imagine all those blades are sanitary/clean. No different than how Drogo dies basically.

I know people love shitting on all thing star wars, but this is actually looking good. I like the tone. If the story and characters are good I think it could be the best SW show so far, just like RO was the best new SW movie. Plus i love all the world building + Politicking.

I think the king prob dies in EP 5/6 right before/after the time jump? Kicking off everything. Or Episode 9 being the semi-climax of like most GOT, with ep 10 kind of setting up next seasons. The show is def better than rings of power.

I think the time jumps are actually cool in the sense it shows change/growth, I wish they were a bit more explicit with how much time passed though.

Yes, but this is a TV show not based on it, it shouldn't be all about some dumb family real housewives drama. Also the silmarillion is boring and has god battles.

I am not giving the show a pass, I think pacing/narration/acting hasn't been great. The race shit though is so boring and literally not relevant in any way to the story yet. If Elronds parents show up and are mexicans I will def shit on it.
