After a week of not playing, and cooling off from the frustration from some issue with the game. I decided to at least clear the quests. So played about 15 games or so in Normal to clear my games, didn't encounter Unyielding Spirit...and I think I encountered about 12 different decks altogether...

Yeah I agree that this is a concern, but while the huge revenue allows for some exceptional movies, it's just a few every year, 3 Marvel, 1 Star Wars(not anymore), 1 or 2 DC, and maybe 1-3 random big budget movies. We're looking at maybe 10 movies at most that might not be able to be made...

You can't do that, it's a burst spell. I mean you can kill the unit you know is the intended target of the spell, but you cannot kill it as a response to your opponent casting it.
