I think the author wrote the first book in wing it mode, then squared up his lore for the rest of the run. The first book was short man. It was about like....the olde sharrif then the mayor mostly if i recall.
I also found the skyward sword motion control, and the weapon breaking so repugnant that i didn't beat either game.
I did enjoy echoes of wisdom tho, but i played it like it was pet-caster the zelda game. i didn't fret too much about her not having a sword. I could turn into link to use his...
I signed up for it the day it went live with the "enter the lottery". We still have to receive an email before we're eligible to pre-order on the nintendo site?
Cool. that makes sense. Yea some things don't seem to quite do what they say, and some times things reflect in the party screen, some times they don't.
Do stats from pictos count toward weapon aptitudes for damage? i'm using the In Medias Res, which gives 1310 defense. along with a defense scaling sword. with the picto equipped it reports +41 to the weapons defensive scaling bonus, and just the same without the picto.
i presume i t's not...
man i just got the ability to traverse the map more freely () and i found a cave. ran in it.. mosters toasted me. came back ran around like scooby do with them all chasing me, grabbed all the items and giggled and ran out the door. now i am at the start of act 2 with a level 23 picto that gives...
I applaud developers using the same engine and assets to make new games/play modes. its absurd how often they throw away an engine to make a new game, and japan is the worst normally.
i wonder if the devs for BG3 got a lot of the weird ass shit quota out of their system on the various sex combos, and that let the nerds who want to make a good game work freely to make most of the rest of the game..
maybe beastiality and transdimentional squid man sex in every game would...
one thing i find to be absolutely queerballs is the random ass auto saving. I walked 'behind' a monster to get an item and had to fight it to get out, but it was auto kill monster man and i couldn't so i load. it saved BEHIND the monster. no problem. second save file. also behind the monster...
the thing that galls me (De Gaulle's me?) is that t hey could fix this argument easily. by just...making another check box removing/mitigating the active dodging to be more of a classic rpg system. they did it with attacks, which IMO may be more important since i think the AP gain/target...
I think so too. i was explaining to a friend about the pictos. how you get new ones and need to master them. if the game was FF7 you'd be out in the map grinding monsters for hours to master it. here it's "four fights" for the whole party.
so despite my bitching about the clicky defense, i will...
the parrying in sekiro was absurdly easy. you just click the button and your little man waggles his sword over his head for as long as you do it. and if a parryable thing happens in that time span. you achieve a parry. the dodge too since in sekiro you can move your self around and dictate...
i kind of presumed that arthas was artifact posessed by frostmourne because of the rUUUUUUNes the dwarf mentioned on it.
Though i suppose raynor could be in the grips of alocholism which made him into a retard for the same effect.
