There's 3 possible ending, 2 of which are good and 1 of which is bad. Of the 2 good, the one you get is my favorite one and the favorite of many, but it is not considered the best ending.

No, not at all, not even close, it feels like something that was started a year ago or two at most. Now some of the time and money went to the single player but even if Star Citizen had only 25% of the resources allocated to it, it still doesn't make sense that the game is in the state it is.

I think the biggest issue is that they aren't trying to make a game, they are trying to make a space simulator and that leads to game design decision that favors simulation accuracy over fun. I still strangely enjoy parts of it, enough that it has kept me playing for the past week.
