Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)

Fucking shitshow. Total denial. You could put out a SW movie every month and they would do fine if they were GOOD movies. Take some fucking responsibility.

    Nioh (Team Ninja)

There's actually two moves with the Kusarigama. You pull them, then there's a leg sweep move that knocks them down, then you hit them while they're down.

Sounds like you're on Hino-Enma. Everyone has trouble with her. I'm pretty sure the nearest shrine is really close. When you get to the big cavern and you have to go down some ladders, don't go down, go right, there's a narrow path you can drop down to, with an elite-in-the-mist thing and right...

    The Walking Dead

Firstly, zombies don't have to be some huge craze to be "popular". It doesn't need a timeout, it just needs decent writers. TWD zombies are fucking background noise that don't follow any rules and the show is mainly about walking, talking, and problems with other humans.

    The Walking Dead

There's nothing wrong with popularity of the zombie genre. TWD hasn't been a show about zombies in years.

I watched it. Mostly setup and extremely boring.

    American Horror Story: Apocalypse

Last season pretty much made me give up on this show, but this season is supposed to be bringing back characters from S1 and S3, and has kind of an interesting premise so I'm gonna give it a shot.

    Spartacus

I never had a problem with the first episode. I didn't mind the 300 style combat and was already familiar with (and a fan of) Andy from watching a movie called Gabriel, which I enjoyed.

    Captain Marvel (2019)

Which reinforces my point. If we don't know a hero's powers, limitation, and weaknesses then how are we supposed to understand the stakes of the fights? From what I remember, Gamora combat skills and agility were her only real advantages in her fight scenes. But, like I said in the beginning...

    Captain Marvel (2019)

Which is exactly why we need this movie to be, in part at least, an origin story. I guess I have to clarify that I am referring to the easily confused average moviegoer who has no idea who she is. For myself, all I really need to know is how they've changed her powers from the comics, which they...

    Captain Marvel (2019)

Holding a rock is hardly a super power. Groot is not a tree. Rocket's only "power" is fucking shit up with guns. Being a trained assassin is not a super power. I don't remember seeing anyone named Draxx. Not powered as in comparison to Captain fucking Marvel. :P
  22. Raes

    Captain Marvel (2019)

The Guardians aren't powered superheroes. Also, they're a team, the whole first movie was the origin of the team.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)

Probably less of that since it's "free" on Netflix. And, of course, horrible.

    Captain Marvel (2019)

Yeah, I don't think the whole movie should be an origin story, but like, half or so of the first act would be fine.

    Captain Marvel (2019)

Ugh. Brie is cute and all, but I've seen more curves on an action figure...of a man. Also, I hear this movie isn't going to be an origin story, which IMO is a bit of a mistake. It's not like CM is known at all outside the comics, what are they going to do? Give us a 5 minute exposition scene to...

    Cyberpunk 2077

Anyone who criticizes a game's writing using a phrase like "tonally iffy" should have their hands cut off. Edit: OMFG... "the source material, which is the tabletop board game Cyberpunk 2020."

    Cyberpunk 2077

This gender choice shit is so fucking stupid it hurts my brain. These motherfuckers are so ignorant they don't get that at character creation you are choosing your avatars PHYSICAL GENDER, not SEXUAL IDENTITY. It's fucking simple, you get a dick or a cunt, period. Just like real life. And why...

    Cyberpunk 2077

I wouldn't call it ruined, but personally I would have much preferred third person and had assumed it would be since W3 was. And I do think the "immersion" reason is bullshit. I've always hated first person, and the hand holding a weapon in the middle of my screen actually breaks my immersion...

No Time to Die (007 Bond)

Lol, there's nothing "Doctor Who-esque" about it, stupid of them to use that phrase. We've already had a bunch of actors play Bond, and if they killed him off and made a new character to be 007 that still would be nothing like Doctor Who. Closest thing would be if the new agent was female, which...

B / low budget movies that should have a modern remake.

"Krull went through a very expensive, harsh and dangerous production process. The film's huge budget mainly came from the designers having to make numerous alterations to the sets." They spent an A budget making a B movie.

B / low budget movies that should have a modern remake.

Being ridiculously overbudget due to sloppy production doesn't make it not a B movie. I watched it the year it came out, and it's always been one of my all time favorite movies (I still want a Glaive for Xmas), but trust me, it's a B movie.
