Blood dance boots are just way too good for flickerstrike. The extra frenzy charge on kill keeps you capped at 7 charges which in turn keeps you at 7% hp/sec regen (subtract 4 for blood rage for a net 3%) combo that with my spec of 10% hp/sec from passives and I regen something like 600hp/sec at...
