I assumed the Stan Lee Cameo would be at the end, telling Cap, Thor and Iron Man he needed to take them away to fight a "Secret War". (Losing them in the current universe but resetting all others) Then they show all the cameos of Stan in every movie and reveal he was The Beyonder the entire time.

Yeah, the shrink and Billy literally had the same talk over and over in like 5 episodes in a row. I will say that Bernthal did a great job in each scene....each time he looked away (like a nervous tic) during an emotional exchange really made that scene work.

Yeah, I recall raiding and never really looking around (mob, adds, etc) ...just staring straight at 5 lines of things to push.
