75% of team builder games people just fuck around and dont really care, not that I blame them, doesnt really matter if you win or lose. Lots of people are just experimenting or practicing. Plus its blind pick. If you look at high challenger players thats basically how they get to play...

I just wish I could queue up for ranked like team builder but just choose the position I want to play. Then have a pick and ban phase and choose your champ for that role.
